Frequently Asked Questions
Most common questions
Is Israel Safe?
Yes! We have lived in Israel for 15 years, and I have never heard of an armed robbery, mugging, or carjacking. For the most part, there is no violent crime in Israel. I was born in Chicago, grew up in Los Angeles, and lived in a nice neighborhood in West Knoxville. I would not have allowed my children to play in the front yard alone in the USA. My children have had more freedom in Israel than they ever would have in the USA. My children in the 7th grade took public transportation to school every day, sometimes up to 2 hours each day, and we have never feared for their safety. In contrast, I would not allow my children on a yellow school bus in America. The US Media hates Israel and portrays shootings and bombing every day all over Israel. This is the furthest thing from the truth. I regularly stay in East Jerusalem when I stay overnight. I have never felt uncomfortable walking around any time of the day or night. There is numerous place I would not do the same all over America. We have done over fifteen tours with 2-70 people and never had any security issues. What makes the BBB Tour special?
Unlike most Holy Land tours, at almost every site we visit, we preach a message specifically pertaining to that site, bringing the Word of God alive. On the Bible Believers Baptist Tour, we only visit Biblical, prophetic, and historical places.
Do I need a Visa?
A three month visa is given upon arrival if you are from the United States or Canada. Visas for Jordan will be taken care of by BBB Tours. Passports have to expire at least six months after the return date.
If you reside in a country outside of North America, please contact us for additional information.
How affordable is this trip?
The cost varies per year, but the goal of the Bible Believers Tour is to make visiting Israel as affordable as possible without compromising on amenities. Our tour covers all essential expenses including flights, accommodations, transportation, a professional guide, tips (except love offerings), buffet breakfast and dinner, and admission fees to all sites. For the latest prices, please visit the Trip Information page.
Do I need vaccinations or boosters?
No, Israel does not require any COVID or booster vaccinations. There is also no requirement for any other vaccinations or boosters.
